With over 25 years of specialist experience in the property market between us, we have developed expert knowledge of sales and lettings in the local area having lived in and around Ross-on-Wye since 2000.
We have a deep understanding of the buying, selling and renting process and know that it requires attention to detail, honesty and great communication skills. We treat all our clients like family, taking care of your property in the same way we would our own.
At The Property Hub, the team cover all aspects of sales, conveyancing, surveys, property-management and residential lettings.
As a smaller agent, we are able to offer a very personal service at competitive prices and will accompany and support you every step of the way throughout the process. We are passionate about property and our dedicated team will be more than happy to advise and help you with any enquiries.
About us
Karren Simpson
I have lived in Ross-on-Wye for 10 years and previously ran my own letting agency in Worcestershire. Kate and I met when we worked together at another local agency and decided to set up The Property Hub in 2018. We pride ourselves in being caring and independent and we are also a little unique as two local ladies running our own estate agency in town.
My passion has always been property and I enjoy the buying, selling and the letting process. Lettings is fast paced and it feels good to help tenants find a nice home to live in. You have to be a good multi tasker to work in Lettings as there is never a dull moment. Every day is different and that’s why I love my job.
Kate May
Growing up in Cornwall, I have a real love for countryside living and enjoy the slower pace of life that goes with it. The Wye Valley is one of the most unique destinations in the UK - there are so many incredible period properties in the area and the history behind them is fascinating. Selling them is a very personal journey and nothing makes me happier than helping prospective buyers find their dream home for all the right reasons.
Karren and I have a great partnership and we instinctively know what our clients want and we believe it's the attention to detail and personal service that makes us stand out.
